Ps4. cannot download because there is not free space
· Safari could not download the file “bltadwin.ru” because there is not enough free disk space. Not sure how this is possible since bltadwin.ru file is 18MB and Finder is saying there is over GB free. I've tried repairing disk permissions, booting off the Lion recovery disk and repairing the startup disk, all to no avail. · There's loads of storage space on my PS4 and in the Minecraft game itself but I'm just stuck. It won't let me download anything else now, it's like there's a glitch/bug. I've been in touch with the PlayStation people and their suggestions have not helped (restore licenses etc.) and directed here for advice after advice to delete more templates. · However, i had about a gigabyte (or so) free before I added only ten more songs to my library. Now, though, when I try to sync, I get the following message: The iPhone “John Masella’s iPhone” cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the items in the iTunes library (additional GB required).
Luckily, there is a simple fix for that. Because of how the PlayStation 4 stores games, you must have at least double the original file size of the game available in free space to install any update. In my case it is with Star Wars Battlefront 2. There is a 6gb update that I can not download, because when I click on "update" or "repair" Origin tells me that I do not have enough hard drive spice on my designated hard drive, although I have Star Wars Battlefront 2 installed on an SSD with gb of free space!!!!! This message is misleading. Click Start and then Settings. Click System. Click Storage. Look at your Local storage bar to see how much space is available. In this image, you can see that this PC's hard drive has GBs of free space. Note: Scroll down to More storage settings, and then click View storage usage on other drives to see additional storage disks if you have any.

Basically, this PS4 error does not let the users download any game stating not enough space, even though there is plenty left in the barrel. This can be really frustrating for PS4 owners as their favorite game might just have received an important patch that fixes certain errors, but thanks to this error, they are not able to patch it.
